Does the hotel have family rooms?
The hotel has rooms for up to 4 people available.
Does the hotel have wheelchair accessible rooms?
The hotel offers 3 fully adapted rooms within the Prestige Historic segment. The Superior (Canal View) Rooms, King Superior Rooms, Junior Suite, and Junior Suite Belfry View are wheelchair accessible. A shower chair can be provided upon request.
Does the room have a bath & shower?
Most of the rooms are equipped with both a bathtub and a shower. Some rooms only have a shower. Upon request, we will gladly ensure that you have a room with both a bathtub and a shower.
Is there complimentary, good WiFi in the room?
Throughout the entire hotel there is free wireless internet available with good reception.
Can children sleep in the room for free?
Children under the age of three stay for free in the parents’ room when using existing bedding.
Baby cots are available. The cost for this is 25 Euro per night.

The room is guaranteed to be available from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival.
