Room Attendant (m/f/x)
A room attendant is responsible for maintaining the good reputation of the hotel by providing high-quality service and upholding impeccable room standards. The main responsibilities include cleaning and servicing rooms and public areas. A room attendant works in the Housekeeping department which comprises of a team of room attendants, a few floor supervisors and a departmental manager.
Front Office Employee (m/f/x)
The front office employee is the face of the hotel. You are responsible to offer the guests a warm welcome during their stay, from their arrival to their departure. You complete the necessary formalities, provide information, answer phone calls. Together with the other front-office employees you are led by the shift leaders who in turn report to the front-office manager.
Technician (m/f/x)
The technician performs routine and preventative maintenance to protect the facilities of the hotel and to keep the hotel running smoothly. The technician repairs defects, detects leaks and assists where necessary. It is his job to ensure a safe, high-quality hotel experience that improves guest satisfaction.
Operations Manager (m/f/x): fulltime
As an Operations Manager, you share responsibility for the daily management of the hotel and ensure that all operations run smoothly. You work closely with the management team to guarantee the highest quality of service and to ensure guest satisfaction.
Front-Office Internship
As an intern at the Casselbergh Group® you end up in a dynamic, family hotel group where multiple activities take place at the same time. During your front-office internship you act as as host / hostess within a quality four or five star hotel. You are responsible for the administrative and operational support of the front-office department within the hotel.
